This project was executed under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Hayat Gaza Power Company and Gaza Electricity Distribution Company. The entire solar power plant was built using 3,420 Trina Solar 600W photovoltaic panels, 20 Huawei 100kW inverters, and electrical panels from ABB India, along with other essential components such as cables, transformers, and other certified materials approved by the Gaza Electricity Distribution Company.

The project was financed by Bank of Palestine and Hayat Gaza Power Company. The design and preliminary studies were carried out in collaboration with An-Najah National University for the initial design and network studies. Additionally, local companies were involved in the installation of the solar panel mounting systems, cable laying, and other auxiliary systems.
